This policy explains how Dynomica Ltd. (registered office: 5 Razslatitsa St., Sofia, Bulgaria; company number 175213159), trading as Reshenia, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit reshenia.com. It is drafted in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

2. What data we collect
2.1. When you contact us through the form
- Required: name and email address.
- Optional: phone, website, project details, services of interest.
- Marketing consent (checkbox) — only if you tick it yourself.
2.2. Technical data (automatic)
- IP address and browser User-Agent — for spam protection and session handling.
- Source URL of the enquiry — internal statistics.

3. Why we process this data (legal basis)

4. How long we keep the data
- Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Send an email to info@reshenia.com any time.
- Technical logs (IP, User-Agent): up to 12 months.
- Cookies: retention varies — see section 5.
5. Cookies
The site uses three cookie categories. Manage them via the banner at the bottom of the page (the "🍪 Cookies" button — you can reopen it any time).
5.1. Strictly necessary (always active)
Required for the site to work — session handling, language preference and spam protection. They cannot be switched off because forms would not work without them. They do not contain personal data and are not shared with third parties.
5.2. Analytics (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4 — anonymised statistics about how the site is used. Managed through Google Consent Mode v2 — no analytics data is sent to Google until you grant consent.
5.3. Marketing (only with your consent)
Google Ads — measuring ad performance and optional remarketing to visitors who showed interest in our services. Activated only with explicit consent.
Without active consent no analytics or marketing cookies are set. This is the default behaviour (opt-in), as required by GDPR and the EDPB Guidelines 05/2020.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share only with processors necessary for site operation:
- SuperHosting.BG Ltd. — hosting (EU servers).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (only with consent).
All of these are bound by standard data-processing contracts and process data only on our instructions.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Google services involve servers outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (2023) and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Data portability in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect previously processed data.
- Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

9. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption (HTTPS), protected admin access, restricted access to data files on the server, automated request protection, regular backups.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at persons under 16. If we find that we have collected data from such a person without parental consent, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date is shown at the top. Material changes will be announced through a visible notice on the site.
